•Each new entry includes a substantive description of Munger's specific intellectual relationship with that person, grounded in citations from his published speeches and writings.

•Replaced 22 boilerplate excerpts ('Wesco Financial Annual Letter to Shareholders, YYYY. Written by Charles T. Munger, Chairman of the Board.') with substantive Munger-style insights unique to each year's letter.
•Each replacement captures the specific thesis or warning from that year — from the S&L crisis through the 2008 financial collapse — providing genuine information density for readers browsing the letter index.

•Standardized kbMeta theme colors to the canonical Palette Registry — primary accent #B8935D (aged brass), secondary #8C6C3F (burnt gold) — replacing the previous #8B6914 (muddy mustard) that didn't match the Navy & Brass design system.

•Added Howard Marks Memos cross-project link in the sidebar, matching the Buffett KB's multi-project navigation pattern.

•Created this changelog page, matching the Buffett KB's editorial changelog format. The sidebar already linked to it — now the page exists.

•Each entry includes structured metadata: title, year, period classification, type tag (letter/speech/transcript/interview), key themes, people mentioned, and source URLs.
•118 speech markdown files in the content pipeline — ranging from high-fidelity cleaned text (Grade A) to OCR-processed originals (Grade B/C) requiring future refinement.

•Built 30 concept pages covering Munger's foundational mental models — Latticework of Mental Models, Inversion, Psychology of Misjudgment, Lollapalooza Effect, Circle of Competence, Durable Competitive Advantage, Incentive-Caused Bias, and 23 more.
